the finished product

The casting of the belly

As promised, we cast Mummy's tummy on the weekend and she has said its ok to post a few of the photos as it is such a crazy thing to do anyway - you have to see it to believe it.
I wasnt' actually that much help, as I wanted to sit on Mummy's lap and when I couldn't, I cried, ran around falling over things, hurting myself, and then took off my clothes. All quite distracting really as Daddy was trying to do the plastering very quickly.

Mummy is now 39 weeks and is pretty huge and uncomfy - there is not much lap left for me to sit on.

For the first time ever, I asked to wear a dress today

I like parties!

Here I am at Tamara's 3rd birthday enjoying the delicious croquem-bouche (spelling?) birthday cake. When the sugar kicked in I decided to give Daddy a big bear hug and got him in my special strangle-hold.

I really liked Mr Wiggles (the entertainer) and the next day copied his little trick of walking about with a plastic snake (a gift from Auntie Clare) wrapping it around mummy and saying "would you like to give the snake a kiss" - creepy stuff.

my mummy has a big tummy

There are only 3 weeks left before I get my baby. I have tried out my crib-rocking style and folded up baby's clothes. Mummy bought baby a new bear because it cannot have my bear. Tomorrow we are going to cast mummy's bump in plaster of paris (mummy and daddy did the same for me when I was only a bump) in case baby decides to come early. Mummy may or may not put a photo on the blog of the process - depends how big she looks. I am going to help lots.

Mummy's not working now

So I get to spend much more time with her! We've been creating works of art, we've been baking pink pies and we've spent a lot of time in the park. I have my own pink apron for when we do messy activities. Viewers, please note mummy's kitchen aid in the background.

Oristano, Tharros

Beach it

Yep, we found some very nice beaches to play on

Yeah we found some pizza!

Believe it or not but it was hard to get pizza in Sardinia in early May. As it was still off season many places didnt bother to stoke up their wood burning ovens, and we made quite a few journeys that ended in disappointment. Thankfully we found this place in Villasimius half way through the week. I like pizza alot, its my favourite and its Bear's favourite too.

Sardinia Holiday May 2007

We all went to Sardinia for Grandma's 60th (ssshhhush its a secret that she is 60, so dont tell). Mummy organised the hire of a villa on the slopes of Torre delle Stelle which is outside of Villisimius. Aunties Bryony and Clare came and so did Chris.

I received alot of attention

picnic in holland park with my friends

Well really they are the children of Mummy and Daddy's friends! But we had a nice time playing with my red ball, and everyone had scooters and we ate grapes and strawberries.

Making bread

I made some bread, mixed it, kneaded it, waited for it to rise, punched it, then baked it. It was yummy.

Springtime in my garden

I have really been enjoying the unseasonably warm weather in London over the last two weeks. I have spent lots of time playing outside in the sunshine and just on my scooter out and about generally. These are photos taken in my garden.
